This cotton cover is already included with the Mini BioMat. So in most cases, it is not necessary to purchase this item. But it is an important part of the therapy system, and should always be used over top of the BioMat. Some people like to have an extra cotton cover, so that one cover can always stay on the BioMat, while the other cover is in the laundry.
